1 Use of This Site

The calculator is free to use, for personal projects or commercial work. Copy results into your spreadsheets, invoices, or timesheets. That's what it's there for.

A few things we do ask you not to do:

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or pick apart the site's code.
• Don't run bulk scrapers or bots against the site in a way that slows things down for other people.
• If you want to embed the calculator widget itself inside another product or website, get in touch first; we need to give written permission for that.

2 Accuracy Disclaimer

We do our best to make sure the math is right. But the tools here are for quick reference, not a substitute for checking your own payroll software, reviewing your HR policies, or talking to an accountant when it matters.

Don't submit a timesheet or invoice based solely on a result from this site without verifying it first. Mistakes in payroll have real consequences, and we're not a licensed accounting or legal firm.

3 Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sites

Affiliate links are labeled. We only point to tools we'd actually recommend, but you should know that compensation can influence what we feature. Make your own call before buying anything.

We have no control over third-party sites we link to. Their content, pricing, and policies are theirs. Always check before you sign up for anything.

The articles, guides, calculator code, and design on this site belong to TimeDecimalCalculator.com. You're welcome to quote us, up to 50 words, with a link back to the original page. That's it.

• Reproducing full articles or calculator code without written permission isn't allowed, in any format.
• Don't use our name or logo in a way that implies we've endorsed your product or service.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TimeDecimalCalculator.com isn't liable for damages that come from using (or not being able to use) this site or its tools. That covers calculation errors, site outages, reliance on results in financial or legal decisions, and unauthorized access to data you've transmitted.

If something about the site or these terms doesn't work for you, your only recourse is to stop using it.

6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If any part turns out to be unenforceable, that part gets adjusted to the minimum needed to make it valid. The rest stays in effect.
